A long time ago I was a parole officer in rural North Georgia. Once while making my rounds in Cherokee county near Canton I saw this sign outside of a church and had to pull over to take a picture. The only camera I had was a cheap disposable one and the photograph was a disappointment when developed. The sermon is priceless however: "Be careful with your tongue. It is in a wet place and can easily slip" Words to live by folks. Words to live by

As a young hoodlum, I enjoyed the creativity required to modify this style of sign with zeal. It was like a jackpot when you found letters left on the ground. With this sign, however, I find myself unable to improve upon the original.
